The Head Office of the Eastern Caribbean Collective Organisation for Music Rights (ECCO) Inc. is open.

 

In compliance with the Protocols which assist with minimizing of the spread of Covid-19, we have made some changes to our operations. Clients (customers and members) are asked to make an appointment before visiting the office. This is to minimise the number of persons at the office at any given time.

 

Also note the following:

 – When visiting the office please ensure that you are wearing a mask which covers your nose, mouth and chin.

 – Visitors will be sanitised to be allowed entry

 – 6 ft. distance should be maintained 

 – Vistors will be asked to fill in a log sheet 

 

We  encourage you where possible to download and complete the relevant forms and send them to ECCO via email and if you have queries which can be addressed via telephone please utilise that medium.

The Eastern Caribbean Collective Organization for Music Rights (ECCO) Inc. is an association of composers, songwriters and music publishers and is the legal entity responsible for administering the performing rights of its members and members of Affiliated Societies in Saint Lucia and the rest of the Eastern Caribbean. Through reciprocal agreements with affiliated societies world-wide (including ASCAP, BMI and SESAC in the USA and SOCAN in Canada), ECCO has control of the world’s music repertoire, that is to say, ECCO is responsible for licensing all public use of music in Saint Lucia and the rest of the Eastern Caribbean, irrespective of which country the songwriter is from.
