From the sand pits of St. Elizabeth Technical High School to the global stage, Rochelle Farquharson has consistently pushed boundaries. A former Jamaican junior standout, she placed fourth in the long jump at the 2009 World Youth Championships, and again fourth in the triple jump at the 2010 Youth Olympic Games. She also earned Carifta Games medals in both events.
At home, she’s remembered as the first gold medalist at the 100th staging of Champs in 2010, claiming victory in the triple jump with a personal best of 13.20m.
Her NCAA career at Mississippi State University was equally impressive—SEC Female Freshman Field Event Athlete of the Year, three-time SEC Long Jump Champion, Division I All-American, and one of the school’s most decorated field athletes.
Today, she’s traded spikes for spreadsheets, now serving as a Treasury Management Account Manager, while also coaching and empowering others through entrepreneurship and education. She is the author of The Financial Roadmap, a practical guide to building wealth—especially for underserved communities.
Please welcome the embodiment of discipline, determination, and transformation—Rochelle Farquharson, a proud McKendree University MBA graduate in Corporate Finance.
