Tonight, we’re joined by one of the Caribbean’s most promising hurdlers — a three-time national champion, international finalist, and a name you’ll want to remember on the road to global success. Born on March 22, 2000, in Grand Cayman, Rasheem Brown has steadily risen through the ranks of international track and field. From his first appearance at the CARIFTA Games as a teenager to winning silver at the NACAC U23 Championships, Brown has been a consistent force in the 110-meter hurdles. Now representing the Cayman Islands at the senior level, he holds a personal best of 13.45 seconds, achieved in 2023 — a season that also saw him earn silver at the Central American and Caribbean Games and a strong fifth-place finish at the Pan American Games in Santiago. Having trained and studied in the United States, Brown continues to build experience on major stages, with appearances at the World Championships and Commonwealth Games already under his belt. Please welcome to the show — Rasheem Brown!
