“Never stop believing,” said coach Joe Lee after Bullis School (MD) made history at the Penn Relays, capturing the boys’ 4x400m Championship of America in 3:10.15 in cold, rainy conditions — the first American school to win the title since 2007.
In his final appearance, Olympic Games gold medalist Quincy Wilson delivered when it mattered most, finally bringing his team home after three attempts. Alongside Zayden Saxton, Cameron Homer and Gideon Newton, Bullis sealed a landmark victory.
Archbishop John Carroll (DC) finished second in 3:13.15, while Jamaica College (JAM) placed third in 3:13.57 and Kingston College (JAM) fourth in 3:14.74.
