US prison authorities are denying reports of a confrontation between rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs and convicted drug kingpin Christopher “Dudus” Coke.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons says the alleged altercation at Fort Dix Correctional Institution never happened.

Reports from US media earlier this week claimed Diddy suffered severe injuries during a fight with Coke last week.

However, the Daily Mail reports that, in a statement on Thursday, prison officials dismissed the claims as false while declining to confirm whether Diddy sustained any injuries, citing privacy and security concerns.
