Head of the Barbados Tourism Marketing Incorporated, Andrea Franklin, has praised the efforts and quality of the island’s cadre of chefs for ensuring the country retains its title as the culinary capital of the Caribbean.
Her comments came at the media launch for the Junior Chef Cook-Off Competition.
While encouraging participants to give their best, Ms. Franklin expressed confidence in the future of the island’s culinary offerings.
