The St. Andrew South Police Division says a deliberate strategy focused on investigations, teamwork and community partnerships has boosted its crime clearance rate to 144 per cent this year.

Commanding Officer, Senior Superintendent of Police Damion Manderson, says the improvement reflects years of investment in training and leadership.
